WALKING IS HEALTHY ...
Good morning Sunshine!
It's no secret. We all know that WALKING is FREE and Healthy! Yes walking is free. I am not being silly. But how many of us had forgotten this? With so much small distraction we tend to focus on them, instead of the bigger significance in life. How many of us had forgotten to walk that extra steps? I am not talking about walking or running a mile ... I am simply talking about just WALK. Anyone can do this ! You can even do this WALK on a casual slow walk or POWER WALK like you really mean it. Like myself, where I have physical limitation I can do POWER WALK instead of RUNNING. Spend 20-30 minutes daily. Try this for the next couple weeks. Doing this daily will combat your stress or any toxic in your body, and increase your energy. Post and Share your experiences.
The moral of the story is: Do what you can to stay healthy and active!
It is our HEALTH. It is our LIFESTYLE.

Here’s to YOUR Health and Happiness!
Watch this short video taken while having a super great day offroading realized I had a huge nail got stuck on one of my ATV back wheels! I was not a happy camper but good to know I was fully safe.
This is why it is important to always carry your Emergency Safety Kit at all times!!
Did you know?
Cleaning your gun is your personal responsibility.
It should be a habit and must be done correctly.
Try not to mix cleaning solutions from different manufacturers to avoid unwanted chemical reactions in bore. Please be extra aware to any aggressive cleaning solvent that may deteriorate of bore as well as possibility of getting solvent in the trigger group which possibly lead to a mechanical failure, in the receiver or between the receiver and stock, which may cause the receiver to slide against the glass bedding, decreasing accuracy and increasing potential ‘wear and tear’ on the receiver and glass bedding. Avoid steel brush in bore.
Must be consistent in cleaning procedures.

Unpredictable things could happen when you are outdoors!
Those of you know who know me well I take care of my own stuff, including and especially my favorite Polaris every time before I go out riding ! But that day, one of my wheels popped loud while I was riding. Suddenly my steering wheel was acting funny ... and I slow down looked over my shoulder and the condition of my ride, and soon realized that my one of my back wheel was flat.
Good thing we always bring SAFETY EMERGENCY KITS with us all the time we are out riding! It is a MUST.
And sure we were happy we did.
Temporary fix that day was to give some air to this flat wheel, since we can not get that huge nail out with any tool we had.
We took it immediately to our mechanic to fix this and had temporary fix until we bought a new set of wheel. I needed new set of wheels anyway because I went on to a 390-mile ride in mammoth few months later !
The moral of the story: Stay Safe and Stay Vigilant!
Bring your emergency kits at all times. You never know when you need them.
Hi all you outdoor enthusiasts!
I have decided to tape one of my favorite chores (maintaining hobbies stuff! :)) hoping that any of you could use some valuable tips. The same week after I posted this on YouTube, I received a 'Thank You' email for this video as he needed basic information in his new bike! Make sure you watch the Part 2 of this video.

Every bike is different and unique, and it is a personal experience. Therefore, must be treated individually !
NOTE: Always revert back to your bike's Owner's Manual at all times !
Here are some important notes:
- This is a wet sump engine, therefore the Oil is contained in the motor and there's no external oil tank on this bad boy!
- Oil Quality is a major contributor to engine performance and life !
- simple basic note: it's a good idea to replace oil with FRESH oil prior to your next riding !
- For top performance, I highly recommend manufacturer's product. And always revert back to your Owner's Manual !
- Suzuki 10-W-40 motor oil
- MA Rating / JASO
- Choosing what is best for your bike is a personal choice. However, I recommend manufacturer's factory products. Revert to your Owner's Manual.
- Use: SF / SG or SH / SJ
in API Classification with MA Rating in J.A.S.O.
