Exercise is and should be part of our healthy daily lifestyle. Many of us who spent routine exercises know the importance of these few minutes of sessions in warm-up and cool-down. These sessions should be performed before “warm-up” and after “cool-down” integrated into our exercises routines. Regardless the level of exercises performed, these sessions should be part of your exercises.
The warm–up should gently prepare the body for exercises by gradually increasing the heart rate and circulation; this will loosen the joints and help increase blood flow to the muscles and throughout your entire body. I also added this Yoga “Pyramid” asana stretch to get the maximum blood flowing to my entire body. Stretching the muscles prepares them for physical activity and prevents injuries. Cooling down is to help your heart rate down and muscles to relax after your exercise. So do not rush and take your time to cool down. Listen to YOUR body!
Without good health, we will not be enjoying good life!

WALKING IS HEALTHY ...
Good morning Sunshine!
It's no secret. We all know that WALKING is FREE and Healthy! Yes walking is free. I am not being silly. But how many of us had forgotten this? With so much small distraction we tend to focus on them, instead of the bigger significance in life. How many of us had forgotten to walk that extra steps? I am not talking about walking or running a mile ... I am simply talking about just WALK. Anyone can do this ! You can even do this WALK on a casual slow walk or POWER WALK like you really mean it. Like myself, where I have physical limitation I can do POWER WALK instead of RUNNING. Spend 20-30 minutes daily. Try this for the next couple weeks. Doing this daily will combat your stress or any toxic in your body, and increase your energy. Post and Share your experiences.
The moral of the story is: Do what you can to stay healthy and active!

Many of us underestimate the power of Yoga. Performing daily yoga asanas can actually reduce anxiety and stress. All you Yogis out there will agree!
Reduces Anxiety and Stress: Yoga is an effective form of psychological therapy. Because yoga is a form of meditation, it results in a sense of inner peace and purpose. It has been used to help treat a wide variety of emotional and mental disorders, including acute anxiety, depression, and mood swings.
Even children can benefit from yoga. Those with attention deficit disorder and hyperactivity can learn to relax and get control by using yoga breathing and yoga ‘poses’ ~ ‘asanas’.

Hi guys, well today I decided to tape this eventful chore … we were cleaning our hobby room and found this old dirty reel. So he asked me to clean it (of course). Besides cleaning my rifles and other hobby item, this one is on my list of favorite chores. Ha!
The moral of the story: make sure you take care of your own stuff because it will last a little longer !
Enjoy this video. (there are 2 parts) I am not sure why it is so long ? in reality the overall taking it apart and cleaning would only take less than 30-40 minutes. Enjoy it anyway…
